концепция деятельности ФНД
Документы, разрабатываемые ОКОИ совместно с партнерами на этапе операционного планирования, в которых подробно рассматривается подход данного функционального направления деятельности к достижению необходимых результатов. В содержание документации входят: краткое изложение подхода, требования, ресурсы, план укомплектования персоналом, перечень основных рисков и методика их минимизации, порядок отчетности, контроль выполнения работ, передаваемых на аутсорсинг, анализ централизованного и децентрализованного подхода. Для каждой функции вырабатывается единая концепция деятельности.

Documents produced by the OCOG and its partners during the operational planning phase, further detailing the approach that will be taken by functional area to deliver the required products and services. Contents include: summary of delivery approach, requirements, resources, staffing plan, key risks and mitigation strategies, reporting lines, supervision of outsourced components, explanation of centralized vs. decentralized approach. One concept of operations is produced per functional area.
